As one of the largest canopy tents in our catalog, the 20x40 canopy rental accommodates up to 80 seated guests or 100 standing attendees. For additional privacy or protection from the elements, you can enhance your setup with multiple tent accessories, including our sidewalls, rain gutters, and double doors. Further accent your event with other stylish options including table rentals, linen rentals, or portable bar rentals. Whether hosting a daytime soiree or a nighttime wedding, you can rest assured that your 20x40 tent can easily keep guests covered from the midday sun, torrential rainfall, and everything in between.
At $269, the 20x40 tent rental cost is more than worth it thanks to its durability, easy setup and teardown process, and easy-to-read instructions. Aside from the canopy top, the 20x40 tent rental includes 16 stakes, 12 side poles, and 2 center poles for optimal stability. For best results, we require the tent to be placed on a grassy surface at a 32x52-foot minimum area. For stability purposes, we do not recommend setting it up on driveways.
The 20x40 canopy rental process is easy. After placing a reservation, you will need to pick it up at our Warren, Michigan facility and take it to your event. The included pieces and instructions make for a hassle-free setup.
